San Diego’s dubstep scene is filling up days of the week – something we could only dream of a couple years back!  The Formula camp is now holding down Tuesdays at The Office- bringing down some heavy hitters from up the coast.  I happened to be at the kick off show a few weeks back, and caught Pawn from LA.  I have to admit that I was quite pleased with the sound system, draft selection and the crowd that was there.  I even ran into some friends that live in the area- very cool for this to happen at a dubstep/dnb show!  Once again, Formula won’t fail to impress- DZ is the headliner, all the way from the Bay Area.

Our friends over at http://www.sublmnl.net/ have put together a show that promises to blow the ass out of San Diego- hosted in the big second room/secret art gallery of the Kava Lounge near the airport.  I’ve heard some info about an insane sound system being brought out for this event, and I have also heard from Joe Nice himself that he is bringing a pretty hefty set(dubplates!!!) for his first time in SD.  

Bring friends- expose them to some true, gut shaking loud dubstep…  Come meet all of the Kava regulars from Wednesday night’s Elevate, and feel good that you didn’t miss the show that started all of the big things that are gonna go down this year.

San Diego has an awesome dubstep scene- but no real coverage, or info resources…   hopefully we can accomplish some of that here!  I’m hoping to add links to artists/venues/promoters/events…  if you can help me with any of this, please hit the contact button at the bottom of the page, or better yet, hit us up in the forum- post up and let us know what you have going on.
