Influenced by artists such as DJ Shadow, Coldcut and Pieter K Collagey has been involved in SD music scene since 1998. Looped vocal phrases and thick gospel ditties laid on top of distorted beatbox-style rhythms and scratching thats elaborated by electronic meandering, characterizes just a small portion of DJ Collageys set. His release, “Hip Trip For Flip-Floppers” represents an evolution of music through multiple decades, including sounds from the eras of Motown, funk, disco, soul, jazz, blues, hip hop, and electronica.

Opening for acts such as The Black Eyed Peas, 
The Movemeant, Killah Priest, Reid Speed, and Adam F, as well as having long term residencies with Thrusters, Beat Parlor, and Soul Glo, Collagey has proven that he is not only eclectic but driven for nothing but success.

 Eric Medine an L.A. area artist working in multimedia & video art. From ’99 to ’04 he ran Drivethru Studios, a not-for profit, independent gallery dedicated to emerging artists working in painting, video, and sculpture. He then went on to pursue a graduate degree at Otis.

Recently he completed a residency at the Can Serrat Centro de Actividades Artisticas in Barcelona, Spain. He has given numerous lectures, workshops, & presentations on topics such as curating electronic art, hacking video game hardware, & software programming for live video exhibitions.
